Group of lovely hand-embroidered appliques extracted from one of those sweet Twenties' sewing bags, the petite kind that usually closed with a drawstring. The flowers are a medley of rose and blush-champagne, each blossom outlined with black yarn for an arts-&-craftsy emphasis.The leaves are in alternating tones of sage green and pale ocher and their pointedness creates a star-like effect around the posey. Each measures 2-1/2" x 2-1/4" and is in excellent condition.
