Vintage 1920s singing head "For he's a jolly good fellow" novelty ashtray Schafer & Vater? Superb porcelain novelty ashtray modelled as a comic head singing "For he's a jolly good fellow". Place cigarette in his open mouth and smoke comes out of his ears. Made in Germany in the 1920s probably by Schafer & Vater.
