This sweet little cutie is an unmarked black composition doll that is fully jointed with bent legs, she stands 10" high, with beautiful features that include; painted side-glancing brown eyes, with rosy cheeks and a little orange-red mouth. Her hair is molded curls painted black with a white and apricot ribbon bow.(not original) She is in very good condition, all original, no touchups, no cracks or chips, composition little rough on her arms and legs, shows in photos. Her outfit is an apricot organdy pinafore with little white flowers trimmed in white satin ruffled edging, white organdy short puffed sleeve blouse trimmed in the same white satin ruffled edging. Her dress is fastened in the back with two little safety pins, she has a stiff white net-like slip, ribbed pinked diaper pinned with a silver pin- original. My mother put white ribbed knit socks and black panted leather shoes with gold buckles and black grosgrain bows on her years ago, they did not come on her. She was given to my mother many years ago by a lady that lived next door to her, the lady was in her late 80's, she had the old paper pinned to her dress with a little straight pin that reads; "Christmas 1948.
