Here is a 6" Wee Patsy Doll from Effanbee! It is unsigned and all composition. It is jointed at the shoulders and hips. It has painted brown hair and blue side glancing eyes. The shoes and stockings are also painted. It is appropriately dressed in a crochet yellow dress that is about knee length with sleeves. The dress ties around the back of the neck. Her appraised price was $700 about 10 years back. You can see some wearing of the paint on her head, stockings, and shoes. Her eyes and mouth are in good painted condition. She has those tiny age cracking of the composition. Her hands have a little cracking at the palms that look original. View photos for details! She is cute as a button!
