UP FOR AUCTION: ONE (1) VINTAGE 1930's GILLETTE "NEW" MODEL SAFETY RAZOR - SHORT COMB - BRASSED AND WORN! Here for your consideration is a Gillette "NEW" model razor from the 1930's. It is USED, VERY USED!!! These depression-era razors were produced with a very thin gold wash, which typically wore off quickly leaving the underlying brass and copper exposed. This one is no exception!! One feature of this razor is that it is the "short comb" version, which was not as common as the more popular "long comb" variety. It is a great shaver, though . . . just ugly!! Here is your chance to try one out for a low cost! Blades are still available at drug and dollar stores everywhere, as well as on the Internet. This razor has a lot of shaving life left in it, and will make a great addition to your daily shaver rotation!
