Length of vintage Royledge shelving paper with a patriotic theme border. The paper has a patent date of 1933 but I thought this might be from closer to WWII 1940s era. The paper is out of the original package but does have an original sticker on front and has never been used. The white paper has a red, white, and blue 2-¼" border with a scalloped edge. The border designs are lively vignettes of airplane, soldiers, and boats, representing Air Force, Army and Navy, with stars and stripe motifs adding to the lively look. The total width of the paper, including the border, is about 9-¼". It contains all of the original 9 feet but 17 inches (the outer sections) are yellowed, dingy and have various specks or light spots. I checked the inner sections and they look pretty clean but t is an occasional minor edge tear or light fold or crinkle. T is a a longer more pronounced (but doesn't show in our photo) series of creases and crinkles at an upper corner from an outside section, in a few sections. I think the paper is still usable after the first outer one. The inner creases are at the non-border edge and are accompanied by short tears at fold edges. The border colors are bright and clean. Please note! I will be out of town from 7/25 - 7/27 and unable to answer e-mail or questions until later on 7/27 when I return. Buyer pays $2.25 First read more
