This Asian man figural brooch is part of Hobe's Asian-themed 1947-48 "Ming" series. The finely carved plastic figure of an Asian man is supposed to look like Bandora wood. Signed: Hobe, 1/20th-14K on Sterling, design pat'd. This fabulous piece measures 2 1/2 inches and the rollover clasp is in good working condition. This is a beautiful piece of vintage Hobe jewelry.
