We have a 1950s ORIGINAL Ginny Doll. . On her back it reads :" Vogue " Her dress is tagged " Vogue"and her shoes are marked " Ginny". I believe she is unused . I don"t think she has been touched or played with .She is perfect in almost every way . Her dress could probably be washed ,but really very clean looking for the age.as are her shoes and socks .She has been in storage a long time .She was in a dresser with other Ginny dolls in a drawer . Please see the pictures. Her eyes open and close .She has beautiful face color , wonderful hair ( with hair net) ,socks and shoes are in excellent condition . Her shoes are marked Ginny on the bottom .There are no lashes but has painted eyebrows . She is marked on her back" VOGUE " but I don"t see a mark behind her neck . Her dress is tagged . This came from a doll collectors estate. I have more Ginnys and Gingers that I will be listing .
