Here is a 1950's hard plastic Vogue Ginny walker doll that has long brunette braids. She is marked on the backside, has open and close brown eyes (a little sticky) and painted eyelashes and eyebrows. Her legs have a jointed mechanism, so her head moves from side to side as she walks. She is a little under 7 1/2" in height, and I imagine she is considered to be an 8" doll. Her crisp pink textured dress with matching underpants and a sheer lace and rickrack trimmed pinafore are in very good condition and have the Vogue tag. The pink is a darker shade than it appears in some photos. The lace in the front is folded over the zipper from how it was stored. Her white shoes are marked Ginny, and her pink socks are stretched out. The shoes are darkened with age, but I will leave cleaning them to the buyer. The photos are somewhat in shadows, but her coloring is very pretty, with red lips and rosy cheeks. The photo of her leg mechanism was taken at night and the coloring is distored by the available light. Everything is intact and in very good condition.
