RARE VINTAGE 1954 SINGER SEWING MACHINE MODEL 99K EL239887 MADE IN USA Heavy Duty w/ Original Case! (Attachments not pictured) The Singer Model 99K is a light to mid-duty dressmaker and general purpose machine and is powered with a foot control. The 99K has a shorter bed than the larger models and features straight lock stitch with forward and reverse belt driven gears and the same engine size as the larger machines. The 99K comes in her original protective wooden box complete with scuff marks and a bit of wear. This machine was purchased by my husband about 30 years ago and was never used. It was professionally cleaned, oiled and serviced (receipt/repair tag) and stored in dry conditions (in home) This heavy duty Singer looks in remarkable condition. There is really nothing to report as a defect. I took pictures of the under side so you could see how clean it is. They don't make 'em like this any more!
