Vintage 1958 Schwinn Hornet This is a gorgeous Hornet! And it's complete!Manufactured 5/14/58, this men's bike is a model K15 Schwinn Hornet in Florida green and ivory 18 3/4" (47.5 cm) cantilever frame (29" stand over height)26 x 1.75" tires and Schwinn tubular S7 enameled rimsforged chrome truss rods/front rack combopainted fenders and back rackThis bike also has an American flag bell on itThe tires should be replaced, t are a few dents in the fenders, some rust in the expected areas, and a few scratches in the paint. I tried to show all this in the photos.Overall and given the age of this bike, it is in very good condition.We've done nothing to this baby but give it a soap and water bath.
