VINTAGE 1960s BROWN KARAKUL ASTRAKHAN LAMB REAL FUR COAT JACKET 16/18, excellent VINTAGE 1960s KARAKUL ASTRAKHAN LAMB REAL FUR COAT SIZE 16/18 This a stylish, elegant and origional 1960s Astrakhan lamb real fur coat. They are known for its softness and tight curly pattern of hair. You may have also heard it called Persian or karakul. I absolutely love this one. In super condition, retro style, this quality of fur is lush and curly, supersoft and luxurious to the touch. No thinning damage, dirt or odour. Not really any signs of pre-use to note. My photos really don't do it justice. It is amazing that this fine piece of history has come through the years in such lovely condition. A fabulous chocolate brown, this jacket has a classic 1960s style which will add tonnes of sophistication and class to any outfit. The silky brown lining is every bit as good as the coat, pretty attention to detail, excellent condition, nice and clean, no rips or tears. It has a neat inside hem pocket and has the owners initials inside, which are brass and have been sewn on.. Two spare buttons.
