Here is a lot of 6 vintage Plasticville snap-fit buildings from the 1960's. Included in original blister packs are the House Under Construction # 3803-149, House Trailer # 3616-100 and in boxes are the Ranch House # 2301-59, Cape Cod # 2300-59, 2-Story House # 2902-198, Split Level House 2901-198. As far as I can tell, most everything is here, see detailed list below. My brother used them with his slot car set. He always took excellent care of his things. House under construction 3803-149: COMPLETE ! No broken parts. Blister pack in good condition, scuffs at corners, bend across below picture, plastic blister here, was cut near top with scissors. Its truly amazing that all the little bits are here and unbroken - EVEN the teeny tiny shovel, sand pile, barrel, ladder, temporary stairs, saw horses, extra lumber, boards, mortar trough, wheelbarrow - both parts and the worker, even the plastic trees from small parts. Bonus - a red " Building Under Construction " sign that I think was from his Girder & Panel building set.... House is black/charcoal with flesh colored parts. Trailer house 3616-100: Near Complete... Only one set of steps missing. No broken parts. Blister pack in good condition, small gouge to one edge of cardboard. Cardboard is warped, but not folded, blister plastic cut near top with scissors. Includes awning & propane bottles, but only one set of the 2 steps. Original backing sheet for windows included. Trailer is white with turquoise base, door, stairs, roof. 2 Story house 2902-198: COMPLETE ! No broken parts. Box in good condition - no tears, one corner coming apart. All small parts are here - TV antenna, weathervane, hose, porch lights, even cellophane bag from small parts. The clear/white window "glass" with curtains are all still on the original backing sheet - never used. House is white with green windows and charcoal roof. Cape Cod house 2300-59: COMPLETE ! No broken parts. Box in good condition, one corner torn, 1 corner unglued. Has all the small parts - 2 trees, woman, 2 lounge chairs, patio & patio table, chimne, all awnings - even the cellophane bag that the small parts came in.....House is white with brown roof. Split-level house 2901-198: COMPLETE ! No broken parts. Box very good, even original price tag. All small parts are here - railings, antenna, door mat, all downspouts, porch lights, original window backing sheet & cellophane bag from small parts. Ranch house 2301-59: COMPLETE ! No broken parts. Box in good condition, no rips or mashed. Even has 2 trees, woman, 2 lounge chairs, patio & patio table, chimney - even the cellophane bag that the small parts came in..... House is turquoise with brown roof. I'm also including an original Plasticville U.S.A. leaflet. *** 2/13/2011: I have added photos of house under construction & trailer.
