This Hefty 7.5 Gram (0.26 Ounce) Over 1/4 Ounce Vintage 1960's 10k Solid Yellow Gold ring is set with a FANTASTIC LARGE 16x12mm Natural Kyanite Gemstone. This Kyanite is a Blue/SILVER Pearl color and has layers of shimmer and color. Kyanite is a layered crystal that has a pearlessence. The name Kyanite was derived from the Greek word kyanos which means blue. Kyanite is supposed to be ideal for calming the mind and controlling anxiety. it is also believed to be capable of getting rid of mental and spiritual confusion. The layers shimmer covers entire kyanite and has amazing depth of color. This kyanite is all natural and guaranteed as such. We provided quite a few photos of the gemstone to give you an idea of how much color there is and how it covers the domed surface. The white swirl is not a blemish, it is a reflection from the light source used to take the photo. The lines you see in the kyanite are the natural crystal's lamellar inner construction found in feldspars.
