New, never used ; mint condition This lot contains 3 Utica Forge cutlery items: a meat cleaver ( 7” blade with a 4.5” handle), a 6” slicing/carving knife, and an 8” slicing/carving knife. These knives are in mint condition. These knives have rosewood handles, without any scratches, marks, or nicks. They are made of carbon steel, still have the “Utica Forge Made in U.S.A” oval logo on the blade, and were manufactured by the Utica Cutlery Company of Utica, New York. All three items have the original factory edge on them. The handles are fastened to the blade with brass cutler rivets. These knives will last for years under normal use and care. They have been in a storage box for years.
