Vintage 1962 Edward Mobley/Arrow Bowser Wowser Dog &Box Search This auction is for a 1962 rubber dog in excellent condition. He seems to be a harder-to-find Edward Mobley Company toy dog. BOWSER WOWSER is this adorable squeaky puppy's name. He measures 10" to the top of his head and is 11" long. Bowser's brown eyes open and close, he has all eyelashes and his head turns. His long, soft, floppy ears remain firmly attached and have no holes or tears in them, but could probably use a gentle washing. They are washable, according to the box, but I will leave that to you. I did clean up the rubber head and body and most of the original brightly colored paint remains. There is some minor paint loss, but it is not too bad. Bowser Wowser was manufactured and sold by the ARROW RUBBER AND PLASTICS CORPORATION of New Jersey. The original box is in good sturdy condition but the outside has "browning" to it. According to the box, Bowser Wowser is "The Perfect Pet For A Loving Child". This dog is so cute! Please contact me with any questions.
