VINTAGE 1962 REMCO TOY BARRACUDA MOTORIZED ATOMIC SUB SUBMARINE WITH CREW & BOX. Dimensions: The box measures approximately 38" long by 11" tall by 7" wide and the submarine measures approximately 36" long by 8.5" tall by 6" wide. Besides the submarine, the purchase also includes a 25 crew, including a raft, the submarine , the clear plastic submarine clear vinyl cover, and the original worn box. Due to its past use and age, the sub has lots of wear. The top clear plastic piece is warped and is cut as usual, mid ship has some distortion damage on both sides of the hull. It is also missing 3 wall petitions and the missiles, missing one missile launcher tube, and the atomic dome. Has 1 torpedo and the launcher tubes that I tried still work. It has the original 4 "D" blue battery cover, which is shown. Overall, the Remco Barracuda atomic submarine is in original condition and is sold uncleaned/untested. My neighbor had one of these as a kid and we had many hours of fun both inside and out in the yard with it. I had the Deluxe Reading Battlewagon and Destroyer with same size men. We would try to out maneuver and fire on one another with missles, rockets, torpedoes, what a blast!See pictures for details. Ask questions. Sold as shown.
