Up for auction is an extremely rare original rock and roll handbill advertising the upcoming Aug. 16, 1969 concert festival in Santa Barbara, California featuring super group BLIND FAITH. The band members were Eric Clapton, Steve Winwood, Ginger Baker, and Rick Grech. The band fell apart soon after their only U.S. tour. The psychodelic handbill measures 8 1/2" x 11". The artist is P. Hanusch. Other groups on the bill are Delaney and Bonnie ( Clapton played with them as well), Free, Zephyr, etc.This hanbill was distributed at the BLIND FAITH concert on August 15 at the L.A. Forum which I attended. Extremely fine condition for a handbill printed on thin paper stock. This is a must have for fans of BLIND FAITH and Eric Clapton.
