Not complete. Missing one part - an outside wall (numbered "part 3" on back of box) Some pieces are complete and in excellent condition, of these complete pieces, one of the roof panels has a couple of small glue stains on the back. However a number of components have missing tabs or are broken and in need of glueing. These have been displayed on the white sheets in the attached photo. Box is in fair condition given age. A bit faded and bottom left hand corner is somewhat crushed so the box is rather bowed.
