It does need some work to restore this to its natural beauty. A refinish might be cool or leave it as is. Its needs a bridge & tuners. Lots of potential in a guitar like this! Could sound really good! The neck and body are in good shape and this will be an excellent summer project for you any 1960s guitar enthusiast! As you know these guitar are extremely hard to find in any condition and are considered collectors items. This particular example is in overall wonderful cosmetic condition for a 45 year old guitar. Overall the guitar is in good condition, and there are a handful of random small superficial dings on the entire guitar. There are some chips, nicks scuffs and such on the back of neck.
