this is in very good condition it is dated 1979 it is a vinyl playset this is a case with a handle that opens up to reveal a city. I dont think this is complete but there are a lot of pieces all the play pieces are paper but the city and case are vinyl I dont see any rips in it and the people that are paper are also in very good condition and the buildings which are paper are also in very good condiiton. on the case it says the incredible hulk and the amazing spider man mini car city vinyl playset opens to reveal a 40"X22"x9" city.
