Thank You For Looking! Please This is a vintage Land Cedar Chest with the bun feet and louvered front in original condition! This chest only shows wear mostly what looks like vacuum cleaner rubs on the base. I have not polished on, which would hide it or make it look much better. I can do that before shipping. I just want to always show as is. The top is in very nice condition with just a bit of minor use showing. The interior is in wonderful condition also.It measures 42 in wide by 23 1/2 in tall by 17 in deep Interior is 38 1/2 in wide and 18 in deep. It has the original lock with a key and I have also ordered and received the replacement lock or latch that is child safe proof for this chest. The Lane serial number is on the bottom and that was used to order the new replacement lock. This chest has the secret key holder slit on the back top rear lid which shows in the photo. I rescued this from an estate sale, so just wanting to find it a new home. Again no cracks or breaks or damage to speak of other than some normal use for something that has been around for a long time! I am adding the serial number that is on the bottom. It is 2085110 which according to the Lane co website it reads backwards the date and the last digit is the plant number. So it would be Jan 15th 1980. It also has a style number of 4601 61.
