1980 Phoenix Pendant from the METROPOLITAN MUSEUM of ART Vintage pendant! Lovely depiction of a rising Phoenix, with fine detailing. Antiqued Gold Plate . Back has a medium large bail, which will hold a substantial chain. It once had a pin as well, which was broken off. I polished it down, which removed some of the detail on the back and made the bail a little thinner in one spot. It will never be seen on.You could easily have a pin replaced by a jeweler. The Museum's MMA logo and "1980" are engraved on it. The pendant was never worn; it was in my possession because the pin was already broken.
