This ornament, designed by Sondra Mayer, is composed of copper surfaced with silver plate. The back of the ornament is marked "C. MMA 1981". There is some tarnish on both the front and the back of the ornament, as seen in the photos. Should you win the auction, you will receive the ornament in its flannel pouch, in its original box. A card from the Metropolitan Museum of Art, explaining the ornament, Is also included.
