VINTAGE 24" ANNIE DOLL, ORIGINAL By KNICKERBOCKER....HARD TO FIND THIS SIZE!!! ANNIE DOLL by KNICKERBOCKER, 24".....HARD TO FIND THIS SIZE!!! Up for auction is a 23-24" tall CLOTH LITTLE ORPHAN ANNIE DOLL!! She is dressed in the famous red and white outfit with white panties from the Movie and Broadway Play...ANNIE. She has on white ankle socks and navy fabric shoes (both non removable). Her dress has a navy tie at the collar. Her face is unmistakably Annie and painted on. She has her red yarn curly hair too!! There are a couple of yarn pieces that are longer. These can probably be repaired, bu am leaving this for the buyer to fix. Please view pictures carefully. Unfortunately, there are no tags or dates on this doll nor clothing. This doll does show some wear and dirt from vintage age and play!! She does have the name Annie written on her pocket in white with what looks like a fabric pen. She originally did not come with her name on the pocket, somone has added this to this doll! It is a nice touch tho:) I believe this can still be a great addition to a vintage doll collection!! She does not have her Sandi dog that originally came in her pocket. Sorry Without tags of any kind, I cannot tell the age. I "believe" this doll to be from the 70's or early 80's based on research. I will gladly answer any questions you might have. read more
