This vintage # 608 24" wood plane is in very good condition. It is a Stanley with a Stanley Bed Rock blade. The wooden handle and grip are in very good condition, all the adjustments work. Overall condition is very good considering its age. T is surface rust but less than would be age appropriate. When an item is listed as used I make every effort to make sure it works. It is not always possible to test every feature of every item or check every detail. If I make a mistake, please let me know so I can correct the situation. Once we are both satisfied feedback will be left. I encourage local pickup. It saves you money and it saves me time. We just need to arrange it so it fits my schedule. If you would like to pickup your item please email before bidding. We will arrange a time to pick it up. I do ask that local pickups be paid at time of pickup by cash or money order. Items paid before noon, Monday through Thursday usually ship that day. International shipments are done on Monday and Thursday. PayPal only accepted by bidders with confirmed addresses. Others must pay by check or money order. The winning bidder will have three days to inspect this item. If it is not as described, please return it in the same condition as sent and I will issue a refund for your bid. You will be responsible for postage.
