Neat old precision instrument is heavy brass and other metals. It's 10" long, about 4.5" high, and almost 5" in diameter. Both box and instrument show some wear, so I believe this is several decades old, though it appears to be in good working condition. Initials GAH are burned into top of box. Original metal label remains on front of box (Bostrom Surveying Instruments, Model # 4, Serial No. IC56, Bostrom-Brady Mfg. Co., Atlanta, Ga. U.S.A.) Box's leather strap is broken with most of it missing. Instrument and box are a heavy 7 pounds 3 ounces, so count on 9 pounds once it's securely packed for shipping. Buyer's satisfaction is guaranteed or full refund. Please add shipping calculated to your address, $2 packaging fee, and optional insurance. Check out my other items !
