Here for auction is a antique/vintage "Baby Miners" flashlight by Bond Electric Co, New Hacen, Conn, USA. This flashlight is in great condition. According to a vintage flashlight site I found online, this particular model was made only in 1929. It measures 5.5" end to end, 1.75" across the top, uses an original single cell battery......or in these modern times you'd use 2 "C" cell betteries (2 new C batteries included). The body is made of ribbed vulcanite rubber in black, with genuine copper hardware. The flashlight is very clean, inside and out. No battery acid residue. There is a single dent in the copper top, as shown in photo #4. Please notice in photo #5 that the beveled glass lens protrudes in front of the copper edge, not under it like most. There are some dings around the edge of the glass lense, but you don't see them unless you have it disassembled. Needless to say.......IT DOES WORK. Some of the photos show it with the light on. Fantastic collectible. Please use the zoom-in photo feature to see the details up close. You never know what I might have on Ebay, so please take a look at all my listings.
