This is a vintage Plasticville APARTMENT HOUSE #1907 Kit for O Gauge. This is from my own collection, assembled in the 1950's when I was a kid. It comes un-assembled in its box. I used it on my train layout table but only snapped it together, I did not glue it together. T are no cracks, no missing pieces, nothing chipped or broken off, and the doors work. The only defect I notice is the small bar at the bottom of the front doorway has separated (see the picture). You can glue it or leave it because when you put the door unit in it covers it and holds it together. The TV antennae are unbroken. I have done a mild cleaning and dusting but I will let you handle any more detailing. The box is only slightly faded because it is over 50 years old! The box is in very good to excellent condition. The buyer will pay $7.00 for Priority shipping to a US address. I always pack really well but you might want to add insurance. That will increase the shipping price depending on the final sale price...let me know. Of course, without insurance I cannot be responsible for mangling or smashing or loss of the item. Any foreign address shipping costs will be figured after the sale. I do not mark up the Shipping and Handling excessively to make more money so it will be fair.
