All have real diamonds ,to be more specific,each earring has 14 diamonds and ring has 22 so in total would be 50!no missing at all!! in my diamond guage shows me the size of diamonds stone of 1/32 LOVELY DESIGN,ALWAYS IN FASHION!! very shiny and elegant!! .-CIRCA 1970s probably from Italy .-UNIQUE MASTERFULLY CRAFTED gold PIECES IN A LOVELY DECO design THAT WILL BE ALWAYS IN FASHION !!GREAT ITEM FOR COLLECTORS .-HALLMARKED inside earrings 750 and other letters hard to see,ring is harder to find or spell,but hardly can be seen too! .-DIMENSIONS ARE approx 3/4 of an inch long. for the earrings and ring is a size 4 .-GREAT CONDITIONS FOR ITS AGE..but overall this necklace IS ALWAYS IN FASHION!!VERY ELEGANT .-weights aprox almost 14 GRMS .-PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS A PRE-OWNED VINTAGE gold PIECES SO IT MAY SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR, .-I DON'T SEE ANY DENTS NOR SCRATCHES FOR ITS AGE BESIDES WHATS MENTIONED ALREADY .NO DAMAGES NOTED.ARE PIECES THAT WILL LAST FOR GENERATIONS.
