Is in good used condition and feels smooth when turning. Could just use a little lubrication. . Be sure to check out the photos that are located right below the description. Items ship FedEx (at the price shown as UPS in the ebay Calculator). Fedex shipments are automatically insured. Small items might ship USPS Priority Mail. All payments to be made within 3 days of the end of the auction, unless arrangements have been made. All International shipments ship via USPS Priority Mail International only. Note: If shipping does not calculate to your country, this cannot be shipped to you due to size is too large for your country.
