Here we have a silk scarf with hand hemmed edges measuring 45x47cms featuring the names of international airlines. Colours are predominantly pale blue and red. I am not sure of the exact age of this scarf but BOAC is mentioned which was only in existence from 1939-1974. I have not washed this scarf which is in its original vintage condition. It has faint marks on it which I presume to be make up. I tried to show this in the close up photos but without much success. The marks may come out with hand washing. Good Luck and !
