Up for bids, nice restorable condition Craftsmen letterpress. To be completely honest, I don't know much about these things so I will try to describe it to the best of my ability and if you have any questions please ask. This was given to me by my mother who received it from her uncle. He acquired it from his father who was a printer by trade. I have no idea if this was used in his business or was part of a collection. It does roll pretty smoothly, seems like it was lubricated well over the years. It has a bit of surface rust, nothing to be really concerned about. It needs rollers and the top round portion that turns is a bit loose. I really have no clue as to value but I have seen some completed listings on here for a similar restored Craftsmen that sold for $2300 dollars. No clue if that is a proper value or not. That being said, I am open to offers and any information that someone may want to give would be greatly appreciated. I did a little research and the closest model name I could come up with was a "victory" or possibly an "imperial". Looks similar but again this is just a guess. It has a marking on the back that reads CR-211, not sure if this is a model number or what. Shipping: I will not ship this item.
