ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! A great find from my 86 yr old friends estate. She said these belonged to her mother, and passed to her when she got married. Believed to be 1930's - 1940's. No markings that I can see. Beautiful press glass lamp base and shade. Measures approx 8" tall and base is 4" across. Shade is approx 6" tall and approx 6" across. Lamp is approx 12 1/2" tall with shade on and light bulb in place. Shade has a clip style fitting in the top to clip around a standard light bulb. I have tried a 40 watt bulb and both work... HOWEVER for safety sake, I would replace the cord and plug, as they are the old cloth covered type wiring. Would be very easy to replace. Beautiful as bed side lamps, or on a buffet. Lamps weight approx 4 pounds each, and to insure safe packaging, shipping and handling is as stated. Please email with questions, as this is an "as is" auction. Thanks for the interest, and please check my other auctions, as I will be listing many, many more estate items. (Light bulbs not included)
