For your consideration is this steampunk style desk lamp made from the assemblage of vintage/antique components. The vintage cast iron clamp base measures 21" and the articulating arm is 29" in length with a total reach of approximately 48". The upper pivoting clamp has heavy brass winged bolts that allow easy adjustment of the arm. The vintage brass socket accepts a standard base bulb (bulb not included). The vintage spun metal shade is 5 1/2" in diameter. The cord is a new 18 gauge cloth covered wire with an old fashioned two prong plug. The lamp operates great and has lots of character. The piece has paint chips, rust and tarnish which all add to the character. The piece has been cleaned and given a coat of hand rubbed wax.
