Found on estate clean out stored in box in basement. Onwer in her 90s. Holder is 3" tall by 3 1/2" diameter. Made out of metal, perhaps brass? Top lifts off to put in the spool. A pair of scissors are in a holder on the side. Slightly rusty, will need cleaning. ARe 4" in length. No markers on either. A great old collectable. Thanks for looking. Check out my other items !
