This is a vintage 1980's Aristocraft Kangaroo. Competitor of the Grasshopper, Hornet, Kyosho entry level cars and other brands as well. This Aristocraft's middle vehicle. All of the parts appear to be compatible to each of the Aristocraft models (the Koala (2 wheel drive/white wheels/diff top) and the Dolphin (4 wheel drive, grey wheels with a different top)). This particular vehicle comes with the servo and the receiver. I used another Tamiya brand Radio and crystals and ran this vehicle once, approximately a year ago, through a 2400mah battery......it ran very well. There seemed to be no issues with the gear box, steering nor esc. The vehicle is missing its wing. The vehicle has no decals, but the original driver is in nice shape. The car is not perfect, but it is rare. There are no tears or rips in the top. There was a small crack in the roll bar area, but not seen when top is in place and does not affect the functionality of the vehicle. I know Aristocraft was not the most sought after brand in the 80's, but it is very hard to find one so nearly complete and clean. I have seen the decals for sale on EBAY, as well as the wing. I still see that there are gears, shocks, other suspension parts, and misc items still on EBAY, NIB.
