Offered here is a large pair of bronze clad bookends: Edgar Allan Poe circa 1920s. The pair were manufactured by the Armor Bronze Company in New York City. This is a rare set. It is not in any of the collecting books. I am very familiar with the Poe's Poems bookends but I have never seen this set before Construction is bronze clad. There are no breaks in the bronze electroplating. There are a few dings and there is age appropriate wear to the paint If you collect Edgar Allan Poe momentos I'm guessing you've never seen these bookends. The patina shows a bit of wear. There are no breaks or cracks in the bronze cladding Take a good look at the photos.
