This vintage deco glass torchiere lamp shade will fit on table or floor lamps, and was very popular on Rembrandt and other lamps in the 1950's. It has white ribbed or panel type patterns on the upper part, and clear patterns on the lower part near the fitter end. The mounting hole (fitter end) is 2 1/2" across to the outer edges, and flares slightly inward just below this w mounting screws would snug up to it. Measures just under 6" tall, and is slightly over 8" across to the outer edges of the larger top opening. It has raised markings on the inside which read National Home Lamp Council, NO. 954 Patent No. 2794115. In excellent condition, and has no chips, cracks or damage.
