Vintage art deco lady lamp and shade. This vintage lamp is in working order (one picture is shown with the light on). As seen in the pictures, this lamp has a pair of ladies, one on either side of the shade. The shade is made of what looks like opalescent glass and it's shaped like a sharp-pointed flame. We bought the lamp 30 years ago in Chicago with this shade and we don't know if it's the original shade for this lamp or not. In any case, it's a really nice shade. The lamp is made from what looks like pot metal and it has the original felt on the bottom of the base (although the felt has been pushed in somewhat). The base of the lamp is marked 'No. 129." The height of the lamp measures 10 and 1/2 inches (to top of shade) and 8 and 1/2 inches to the top of each lady. The base is 11 inches by 3 and 1/2 inches. This is a really nice art deco piece.
