VINTAGE SUNBEAM COFFEEMASTER"DOUBLE BUBBLE" Model C30A Waiting for your bid is a vintage, art deco SUNBEAM C30A Coffeemaster Coffee Maker vacuum "DOUBLE BUBBLE" Percolator with original cord plus everything shown in the pictures. Featuring heavy chrome plating, this item still looks and works great. Made by SUNBEAM when that company was king of kitchen appliances manufacturing everything at their plant on Roosevelt Road in Chicago. (Remember when products were actually made in America??) There are no dents or noticeable scratches and a scrubbing of the lower container's interior--to rid it of typical coffee stains--will make it look good again. The large rubber seat ring is in great condition and is the key to the vacuum action. Place water in the bottom, slide the switch to HIGH and the water is forced into the top container where the coffee grounds are located. The pot automatically switches to LOW, the coffee drains into the bottom, you separate the top from the bottom. The bottom carafe keeps the coffee piping hot and ready to serve. A fantastic, nostalgic piece that works as well now as when it left the factory 50+ years ago. Questions before bidding? Don't hesitate to ask.
