You are looking at a vintage 1960 Valvoline Motor Oil thermometer. The thermometer says Ask For Valvoline Motor Oil. It does work. This does not have a glass cover, it is plastic I guess. There is wear on the back where it was hung and it has weathering. The picture will show what you need to see. Look at the numbers on the thermometer. Some are worn. At the bottom of the face, it says Pam Clock Co. Inc. New Rochelle, NY '60. If you have any questions, please ask. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
