Vintage bald Santa Claus is coming to town from 1965. He has blue eyes, holds a gold bell, black gloves and boots, sitting on a white bag. His belt is gold and his knees look to be "covered in soot", perhaps from his trip down the chimney! He is signed Murphy on the bottom with the year. Measures about 11" tall and wide, 7" base and 5 1/2" deep. The music box plays "Santa Claus is Coming to Town". It sounds good to me but it seems to slow at the end. He looks pretty cute sitting on my mantle waiting to find his new home. This was an estate sale find and I have no knowledge of storage conditions or environmental conditions.
