Pilot B-1 Vintage valve radio for restoration Pilot valve radio offered un-tested for display or restoration only!Low starting price and no reserveDial Glass in good condition and all the knobs are present. Inside it has not been tampered with (as far as i can see). The back is present, see picture 2 for condition (missing a section and a few screws). The aerial which is mounted on the back is compleat as can be seen in the picture. The case looks in good condition with no cracks and just a few of the usual scratches, there is what looks like a small old repairto the case behind the wave change knob, it looks like black epoxy type filler has been used to fill a chip (could be touched up with dark brown paint), it only shows when the knob is removed as can be seen in the third picture (I did not notice it until i removed the knob), there is also some thread missing from one of the back screw holes other than this externally in very good condition.I have found the Schematic and the "Trader" Service Sheet 589 and 590, "American Midgets" which I will include in the auction I could not find much on the internet about this radio, all i could find was this........ /r/pilot_b1.html Item will be double boxed and very well packed, shipped within UK £15.00 or free if you pick up from Portsmouth area, Please email if outside the UK before
