Always listing the unique, unusual and eclectic. Many begin with a low opening bid and few rarely carry a reserve. Up for your perusal is this fabulous find! This is what I believe is a vintage bakelite pin. � Unicorn, Pegasus, Horse pin. � Carved bakelite that has been accented with paint and gold studs, metal wing. Circa 1930s or 1940s. I used semichrome to test this piece and it didn't work. � I rubbed my finger on the backside and I noticed a smell. � I truly believe this is bakelite. � If definitely feels and sounds like bakelite when clanked against other bakelite. � It also has the right color. � I am starting the bidding low. � Appears to be in excellent condition. � Nice detail and an early piece. � Pin is about 2.0" across x 2.0" tall. � Priced to sell.
