This is an old vintage bicycle kick stand for rear balloon tires. I believe these were used in the 1920's and 30's before kickstands came standard on a bike. We found this in my dad's garage. It has a lot of surface rust, but could be sandblasted. It has tape on the bottom that doesn't seem to serve a purpose except maybe for traction. I really don't know much about these things. It seems to be in good shape except the rust, but is sold as is. Winning bidder to pay $8.50 shipping.
