Hi, you are bidding on this vintage brunette American Girl Midge with her original bend leg body. Midge has a lovely face with no earring holes so no green ear, no neck splits and no nose nips. Her freckles are present and visible. She has a bit of paint loss to bottom lip and a scratch in paint across left eye as shown. Her hair is full and uncut with no missing hair plugs. She is on her original bend leg body in very nice condition marked with indented markings 1958 MATTEL, INC. U.S. PATENTED U.S. PAT. PEND. and MADE IN JAPAN in raised lettering. Both legs bend and hold at 2 She has most of her fingernail polish but no toenail polish. She has no pinpricks or chew marks. She could use a gentle bath. She is wearing the dress, hat, and purse from Barbie's original outfit, "Suburban Shopper #969". The dress will need a gentle soak to brighten and remove brown age/storage spots. The hat will need a gentle soak to remove brown age/storage spotting and edges are just starting to unravel in places. The purse is missing some fruit and will need straightening.
