You are bidding on a vintage Barbie Winter Wow Outfit. Includes coat, skirt, single boot, belt and hat. This is a very nice outfit but has issues Coat has hook and fabric loop closures but top closures look resewn and the hook is loose, bottom loop has a black dot next to it that I just found. Hat has torn and fraying strings. Skirt has button but elastic closure is there but torn. Belt is curled and has some silver areas. Boot has silver areas but is pretty good. Nice vintage item. ABOUT THE ITEMS Vintage items are usually from an original owner. I am selling from my personal collection, which was mostly purchased from local original owners. ABOUT CONDITION Collectors view things differently. What I try to show is the item from the primary angles, if you need other angles, let me know. I will tell you about the things I notice, such as dings and tears or obvious things. Normal shelf wear can be found on dolls in stores and is considered normal. Shipping and handling is in the United States and includes delivery confirmation, unless otherwise noted. Items that sell for more than $25 will include insurance. Most clothing and accessories will ship in a bubble mailer by USPS First Class, most dolls and fragile items will ship in boxes by USPS Priority Mail, unless shipping charges don't cover, then it will be sent Parcel Post USPS. Combined shipping is available. Seller accepts Paypal. Payment preferred day sale closes. If you can't pay within a few days of close of sale, please email before bidding. Seller ships only to confirmed Paypal addresses. Please don't bid if you aren't going to pay promptly. Items are mailed promptly, usually same day or day after payment is received if possible. ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT If you paid for insurance or insurance has been included in price and If your item is broken or damaged during shipping, the USPS recommends that seller sends paperwork to buyer to complete reimbursement process because the shipping materials and item is there. And you are to keep all packing materials, do not throw anything away, please. SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES Shipping to other countries is now restricted to International Priority or other trackable shipping method. Sorry, but it has been advised by usps. I try to use flat rate shipping small and medium boxes or envelopes when possible. There are some exceptions to this so please ask if interested. As it is illegal, items cannot be marked as less than the value or as gifts, please don't ask. Because of problems with postal fees and delivery in Italy, there will be no shipping to Italy without registered mail. RETURNS REMEMBER, THESE ARE MY OPINIONS. I AM A COLLECTOR AND NOT AN EXPERT.
