Vintage Battery Operated Boat With Old Toy Outboard Motor Japan Condition: Boat was retrofitted to get the motor to attach. The deck of the boat was made from balsa wood and is pushed in a little. The stand was a quick piece made poorly from balsa wood. The motor turns over but the propeller doesn't turn and the motor operation is choppy. I had to use a 9v attached to the battery packs connection as 4 triple A's didn't do the trick.
