I am not sure if the gold finish is painted or if it is lustreware. The set includes the teapot, sugar bowl, creamer and 6 cups and saucers. The stickers on the bottoms say Bavaria Germany. The tea pot is 8 inches tall with the cover, the creamer is 3.25 inches tall and the sugar bowl is 2.25 inches tall. The diameters of the saucers are 4.5 inches and the cups are 1.75 inches tall. This set is in very good condition. T are no chips, cracks or repairs. I unfortunately do not have the cover to the sugar dish. Please see pictures for more details.
